  1. Did you know that you can
  2. index all your CDs in a snap by clicking CD Fastscan in the toolbar.
  3. email information about this program to a friend from the Help-menu.
  4. customize the Views by choosing Customize Current View from the Tools-menu.
  5. export your data to Excel by choosing Export Data - SYLK from the Action-menu.
  6. select more than one row in the Views by CTRL- or SHIFT-clicking.
  7. edit more than one Entry at a time by choosing Group Edit from the Edit-menu.
  8. add CDs without scanning them. Simply choose Vinyl Query from the Tools-menu.
  9. play all MP3s in a playlist by choosing Play MP3s from the Action-menu.
  10. you can export playlists to your MP3 player by choosing Export Data - m3u from the Action-menu.
  11. create your own media types by choosing Media from the Edit-menu.
  12. manipulate how the Find Bar searches by choosing Customize Find Bar from the Tools-menu.
  13. decide how artists are sorted by clicking the Artist-button in the Entry Editor.
  14. copy the contents of an Entry to the clipboard by choosing Copy Entry to Clipboard in the Entry Editor.

  19. double-click a track in the Track Bar to show the track information.
  20. paste cover art from the clipboard by pressing CTRL+I in the Entry-view.
  21. create your own views by choosing Define Views from the Tools-menu.
  22. customize the toolbar and menu by right-clicking it and choosing Customize.
  23. associate sounds clips and videos with tracks by associating media files in the Track Editor.
  24. copy Entries between databases by choosing Copy from the Edit-menu.
  25. add any number of databases using the Database Operations function from the File-menu.
  26. choose to view all scanned CDs after a completed scans. Check this on FastScan Settings page.
  27. store information about artists by clicking the link in the artist section of the Tracks Bar.
  28. decide how many shortcuts to show by dragging the splitter above the shortcuts up and down.
  29. click the view headers to sort on the desired field.
  30. click on the artist name in the Tracks Bar to find all items by that artist.
  31. download cover art for one or many entries by selecting them and pressing F6.
  32. choose to view disc sets as separate CDs or group them as one. Choose Options from the Tools-menu.
  33. save your reports in various file formats by clicking the Save-button in the preview window.
  34. print a single entry by clicking the Print-button in the Entry Editor.
  35. select all items in a view by pressing CTRL+A.
  36. select random tracks for e.g. a CD by choosing Randomizer from the Tools-menu.
  37. move a track up/down in a track listing by pressing CTRL+Q or CTRL+W.
  38. see how much you spend on CDs per month over a year by checking the Statistics section.
  39. create shopping lists by using the Wanted Items section.
  40. access the Support Forum directly from the program by choosing Music Label forum from the Help-menu.
